Conditions of Sale and Delivery
Mosaic Direct reserves the right to decline any sale of any product which is published on this website. Sale is subject to availability.
We cannot be held resposible for any claims if the colour of the product shipped fails to match the colour of the same product published on our website or elsewhere. Slight variation in colour may be possible as raw materials used in glass making are not constant.
We take all measures to deliver products as soon as possible, not more than two days from the date of purchase to the UK customers.
Product prices on this website or any other printed publication are subject to changew without prior notice. The price charged will be the price ruling at the time of delivery. If the price quoted changes, the customer will be informed prior to delivery.

The Customer or the recipient on behalf of the customer is to receive and unload the products ordered and check the same quantity and condition in the presence of the carrier, if any unsatisfactory conditions come up, a written notice must be sent to the seller within the three days of delivery.
There are no additional or hidden charges on any products and services we sell, moreover there are no charges on using credit cards. Your credit card will be charged exactly the same amount as it is seen on a screen on completing your order.
Right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel and withdraw from your order without having to mention any reasons to the Mosaic- Direct address within two weeks of receiving it. In cases of damaged packages or goods, the receiver must state this on a written consignment form given by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Non receipt of goods:
Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is 2 to 5 working days and three working days should be added in case of delays in transit. You are supposed to contact the local Royal Mail after this period by giving your address. If they confirm that they do not have your order, you must write to us within 30 days. We send your replacement order 10 days after you received your “Order Dispatched” email, which is to allow the Royal Mail time for the investigation of your lost order. If you did not pick your order up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt and your order is returned to us, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the order.
The guarantee is contained in the product descriptions and 100% money back guarantee applies to United Kingdom sales only, as export sales are liable to a carriage surcharge for returned orders.
